We’re excited to welcome Shannon Johnson to the Pilot Flying J family this month as our new vice president of food innovation. As a new senior leadership team member, Shannon will be responsible for the ongoing development of our PJ Fresh Marketplace ™ brand, as well as providing a variety of new and innovative food and drink options for our guests along the interstate.
PJ Fresh is based on the fast casual restaurant idea of delivering fresh-made food to our guests, which offers a wide variety of delicious food options ranging from healthy green salads and fruit bowls, to fresh made sandwiches, meatloaf dinners, and roasted half-chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
When our pro driver and gas customer guests think about where they want to eat, we want to be there to give them options. From PJ Fresh ™ to Subway, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Cinnabon, and the many other fast-dining options we offer, we know many choices are important to meet your preferences for variety.
