2016 was a big year for the growth and expansion of our travel centers, with a total of 58 locations added across our network.
Through PFJ Southeast LLC, a joint venture with Speedway LLC, we were able to complete the conversion of 41 former Speedway/Wilco locations throughout the Southeastern United States alone. We also opened 17 brand new travel centers, which added more than 1,000 jobs to local communities. Each new location features full amenities for our pro driver and gas customer guests.
With these 58 additions, we now offer:
• More than 750 locations across North America
• 4,200 parking spaces for a total of 74,000 parking spaces
• 320 showers for a total of 5,100 showers across the network

• New Mexico: Santa Rosa
• North Carolina: Candor, Conover, Haw River, Kenly, Marion, Mcleansville, Monroe, Salisbury, Troutman, Warsaw
• Ohio: Lebanon
• Pennsylvania: Harrisburg
• South Carolina: Blacksburg, Bishopville, Graniteville, Hardeeville, Latta, North Charleston, Prosperity, Rock Hill, St. George, St. Matthews, Winnsboro
• Tennessee: Monteagle, Niota, Gordonsville, Pioneer, White Pine
• Texas: Pasadena, Schulenberg, Stratford
• Virginia: Disputanta, Raphine, Skippers, South Boston, Tom’s Brook, Wytheville
We also opened two locations in Canada:
• Whitecourt, Alberta
• Balgonie, Saskatchewan
