We are continuing to show our gratitude for professional drivers throughout Driver Appreciation Month by spotlighting some of our very own. This week we are highlighting two of our amazing crude drivers.
We have a team of more than 600 Crude Drivers who bear all kinds of weather to gather oil from various remote sites, which can only be accessed by dirt or gravel roads.
Many of our drivers stay in temporary housing that we provide near the oil fields since they often live far distances from these remote locations. They are dedicated and work really hard to make sure the oil gets to the next stop before it ultimately gets to our stores and fuels our guests.

We’d like to introduce you to two of our crude drivers:
Jeremy Aguilar
Jeremy has been driving with us for one year, but has been a driver for eight years. He enjoys the great atmosphere and outstanding team at Pilot Flying J. Jeremy likes spending time with his family, bike rides, bowling and watching movies with his family.
Mitchell Laing
Mitchell has been driving with us for four years, but has been a driver for eight years. He appreciates the safety conscious environment and enjoys the day-to-day scenery changes driving for Pilot Flying J. Mitchell likes to spend time with his family, kayaking with his friends and camping.
