From finding Pilot or Flying J locations to planning trips, viewing lane status, mobile fueling with in-app receipts, accessing myRewards ™ details and more, our myPilot app includes a variety of enhanced features designed to save you time.
When you’re on the road for days at a time, nothing beats a hot, clean shower – but waiting in line can be a real drag. With the new myPilot ™ mobile app, you can now reserve a shower at your current Pilot or Flying J location without ever leaving your cab. You can also use your myRewards ™ point towards the purchase of a shower!
Here’s how: Simply click under the myReservations ™ tab. The app-provided code will unlock your shower stall once your guest number is called. Then, you simply enter the code given by the app into the designated shower door and voila! You’ll be back on the road in no time.
Along with this new shower reservations feature, we’re making the way you travel better with newly upgraded modern shower facilities. To enhance your shower experience, we’ve invested $100 million in our shower facilities and bathrooms with Italian tile and high-quality towels, helping you feel the comfort at home even if you’re miles away from home.
The myPilot ™ mobile app is available for download in the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices.

I would like to thank you for all your hard work as a driver who spends 30 to 40 days on the road away from home it is really nice to be able to have a nice clean comfortable shower and clean restrooms do use I understand that this can be a very challenging task with all The people that use them and don’t care to clean up after themselves so again kudos out to all the people who work at pilot flying J for all their hard work I appreciate it very much and I keep you all in my prayers that you have a very blessed and safe day
