The last ten weeks have been a blast for all the interns with Pilot Company and their summer internship program. Thanks to Emily Bell and the rest of the Talent Development team, we were able to begin wrapping up a great summer with 10 amazing group presentations to our leadership team this morning and a celebration event to look forward to later this afternoon. Today is National Intern Day and we’re excited to celebrate our interns with a big event at our headquarters tonight as well as a graduation ceremony tomorrow!
Every intern did a wonderful job in their departments this summer and we look forward to seeing where everyone ends up in the future! Thanks again to Emily Bell for scheduling and organizing a well-rounded program filled with leader chats, engaging workshops, and fun events. It’s been a busy summer for everyone so we’re grateful to all our interns for working hard and taking the initiative to help keep Pilot moving.
