Our team members are nothing short of amazing because of who they are, how they support each other and the millions of guests they serve each day.
We celebrate our store team members for helping our guests, our drivers for making sure our stores have fuel, and our Support Center team members for helping our stores run smoothly. For these reasons, we’d like to recognize and thank them on National Employee Appreciation Day.
Although we consider everyone at Pilot Company a team member, not just an employee, this day is a special reminder of who we are as a company because of our fantastic team members that make it such a great place to work.
Despite the challenges over the last year due to COVID-19, all of our team members at our stores, delivering fuel, and working at the Support Center have gone above and beyond to support the trucking industry and all of our guests. Their passion for serving others cannot be matched and we are so grateful for it.
During winter storms Uri and Viola, our store team members kept our stores open and clean, our drivers kept fuel at all of our locations, and team members at the Support Center supported these efforts in many different departments to make sure the field was supported and guests were taken care of.
Despite the circumstances, everyone rolled up their sleeves and got to work because they care about their teams and our guests. Their resilience outshines any issue or problem that comes up and they always make the best of every situation, even making snow angels while on the job.
Our team members make us a stronger and better company because of all of these things and for that, we say happy National Employee Appreciation Day to all 28,000 of our Pilot Company team members!
