5 myRewards Plus app Features Pro Drivers Need to Know About

If you’ve used our myRewards PlusTM app, you likely know that it’s packed with ways to earn more points, save more money and has convenient tools to save time while you’re on the road.

With so many features, you may not know about all the ways the app can help make your job and travels easier!

One of our Guest Service Representatives, Jakob Clemons, is here to share some of the resources and tools that you may not know about and answer some frequently asked questions about the myRewards PlusTM app!

1. Payment Cards and Mobile Fueling: This is one of the most convenient tools we offer. Through the app, pro drivers can safely and securely fuel using their phones instead of their payment cards. We often get asked how to add a payment card, and the process is simple!

Once you have added your payment cards, you can now begin mobile fueling. What are some of the benefits of mobile fueling? Mobile fueling makes fueling easier and faster for pro drivers. You can also earn more points in September during Driver Appreciation Month, when you complete the in-app challenges, with one step of the challenge being mobile fueling.

2. Receipts: Another convenient feature for pro drivers is the receipts tool. As you travel, the myRewards PlusTM app will keep track of every receipt. Every transaction is saved within the app, and you can email receipts to yourself or your company. 

You can access your receipts by going to your profile in the bottom right corner and scrolling to Transactions.

If you forget to use mobile fueling or scan your rewards number, you can manually add your receipts in the app so you will never miss points! Simply scan the barcode on your printed receipt and input the requested information. App users can only add one receipt per day and have a limit of five manual additions per week. If you need to add more than five in one week, please contact our Guest Services team.

 

3. Add A New Loyalty Card: If you need to add a new loyalty card to your profile, we have a really easy process that is like the process for adding your payment card.

Navigate to your profile in the bottom right corner of the app. Scroll down to your Wallet and click on Manage myRewards Card.

This section will show all currently active loyalty numbers and will give you an option to add a loyalty card. Input the information or take a photo of the card. Once added, this will automatically move your points, shower credits and other information. This typically happens quickly, but if you don’t see these rewards reflected immediately, please allow up to 10 minutes for this information to load.

 

4. Favorite Locations and Trip Planner: Through the Find Location tool in the bottom middle section of the app, you can find stops along your way, save your favorite locations and plan your route for an upcoming trip.

To save a location to your favorites, click on location you want to save, and then click on the star in the top right corner. By clicking the top right button on the map, you can now filter your saved favorites, find Truck Care locations or sort by store type.

 

5. Refer a Friend: Anyone who has the mobile app has a promo code that is tied directly to their account. You can access this code by navigating to your profile in the bottom right corner, scroll to Your Account, then click Earn FREE Rewards.

When you share this code with a new myRewards PlusTM user, both parties receive a free drink.
